Terms of Service

Starter template — not legal advice. Have counsel review before production use.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Wagerly ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service description

Wagerly is a behavioral CRM for wagering platforms. It ingests player and wager events, computes behavioral profiles, and fires configurable triggers (webhooks, email, and related actions) based on operator-defined rules. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Account and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your dashboard credentials and API keys. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. API keys grant access to ingest data into your tenant — treat them as secrets.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable law or gaming regulations
  • Send malicious, fraudulent, or knowingly false event data
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security controls
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wagerly and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice where practicable.
