Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you use Wagerly, we process:

• Account data — email, company name, password hash, billing information via Stripe
• API events — wager, deposit, and behavioral events you send via EVM webhooks, HTTP ingest, or legacy track API
• Player identifiers — canonical wallet IDs (e.g. 8453:0x…) and derived behavioral profiles
• Usage metadata — dashboard access logs, trigger fire records, and integration health signals

2. How we use data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the behavioral CRM (profiles, segments, triggers)
• Deliver webhooks and emails configured by your trigger rules
• Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve reliability
• Communicate about your account, billing, and product updates

3. Third parties

We use subprocessors to run the Service, including:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel — application hosting and edge functions
• Stripe — subscription billing
• Resend — transactional and trigger emails
• Upstash — event queue (Redis)

We do not sell your data or your end-users' behavioral data to third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

Event and profile data is retained for the life of your account unless you request deletion. You may delete your account by contacting us. We may retain minimal billing and audit records as required by law.

5. Your responsibilities

As the data controller for your players, you are responsible for lawful basis, notices, and consent required in your jurisdiction before sending wallet IDs and behavioral events to Wagerly.
